5 Ways To Remember Your Past Lives
Comparison of different techniques to access your past life memories
1. Something feels familiar even though it shouldn’t be
This is one of the easiest ways to recognize possible past lives:
When traveling to a new place or a different country, did you ever get the feeling that it feels familiar to you in some way? This also works when looking at pictures of landscapes from different parts of the world.
You can also look up ancient cultures and their art on Wikipedia and see if something seems to be very familiar. For example, ever since I came across Zoroastrianism, it always felt “new” and “fresh” to me, even though it is one of the oldest religions. This means that I could have been around when it was new.
I talk in-depth about my current past life memories in this article.
2. Persistent, unexplainable feelings or dreams
This approach requires some degree of introspection or expansion of self-awareness:
Are there any places, countries, cultures or religions that you felt always attracted to, even though you have never been there?
Or just the opposite: Do you have unexplainable negative feelings towards certain places? For example, I always had the feeling or idea that “I never want to go back to India”, even though I haven’t been there in this life.
Do you have any strong phobias? For example, I once met a guy who was afraid of going near the ocean and he also had recurring nightmares of drowning in a Medieval ship.
3. Past Life Astrology
One of my first clues to a previous past life came from astrology. It does require some astrological knowledge or the help of an expert astrologer. Some even specialize in past life astrology.
In general, the placement and aspects of the South Node offer the most important clues. For example, my South Node is in the 8th House in Aries and has a trine to Mars - signifying a warrior-like past life.
Other clues can be found in the 12th House planets, as well as Saturn and its aspects.

4. Deep Meditation or Past Life Regression Hypnosis
Remembering past lives happens quite naturally as we expand our awareness on the spritual path through meditation and other practices.
For example, at one point I had a sort of brief “flashback” memory of being an old man who loved his city and thought that it is the best place in the world. I got the sense that it was thousands of years ago in the Sumeria region.
It is also possible to conduct Past Life Regression, either in meditation or through hypnosis. This can be one of the most direct ways of accessing past life memories.
5. Astral Travel (out of body experience) to the Akashic Records
Another way of remembering past lives is to be able to do out-of-body experiences, which is also known as astral travel or astral projection.
The term “out-of-body experience” (OOBE) was coined by Robert Monroe (1915-1995), whose books “Far Journeys” and “Ultimate Journey” I can highly recommend.
However, astral projection reports have existed for a long time, such as the now freely accessible book “A Wanderer in the Spirit Lands” from 1896.
Among the many places you can go during astral travel are the Akashic Records, which is basically the universal storage of all past events and experiences.
Reports of experienced astral traveleres who went to the Akashic Records indicate that this place may not be easy to access though.
